Dearest Saunders Spartans:

Order forms are starting to come into school!!! Awesome!!! The orders will be delivered and ready for pick-up on November 17, 2014!!! Students will be permitted to take home small orders on the bus.

Students with large orders are asked to arrange an after-school ride from school or in the evening. The fundraiser orders have to be picked up before 7:00PM on November 17, 2014.

Some orders will contain perishable food, cookie dough, etc. and either a refrigerator/freezer may be needed. The school cannot accommodate refrigerating and/or freezing perishable food items. PLEASE plan to be at the school between 3PM-7PM.

The K Hallway /door 2 will be the entrance to K-6 where all orders will be staged for pick-up on November 17, 2014.

Please review the order forms with your son/daughter and guardian to ensure there are no errors. ALL of the details are necessary and required for accurate fulfillment, i.e. "homeroom teachers" and "cell phone numbers".

Every Spartan (Parent, Administrator, Teacher, and Student) is encouraged to support our 2014 Fall fundraiser (Sept 8 - October 1).

"WE" will work hard to share our capital campaign goal of $35,000.00 for the purchase and installation of an electronic marquee at the entrance of the school (Spriggs Road).

While this project is a capital improvement campaign, all of our stakeholders will see the fruits of their labor for years to come!!!

Thank you in advance for all you do.
